Exercise and Fitness Plan
DC Exercise will help create your fitness plan. We will introduce your exercises to you and teach you the best techniques. You will reduce your risk of injury and soreness because you will learn the proper way to do each exercise. We work your whole body with exercises specialized not only for you, but geared toward each body part as well. Having a plan will help you approach your exercises with the knowledge you need to do continue the plan within an hour. You won’t be wasting your time trying to figure out anything because you’ll already be familiar with the routine and how to do each exercise. You will have the exercises that meet each your needs and that includes any medical conditions you might experience. An example of how we adjust the exercises is helping you work through mobility issues.
You will be able to do the exercises you have planned yet they will be adjusted so you can do them properly and comfortably. There are some times that you need to exercise to help improve medical conditions, such as when rehabilitating after surgery. There are exercises that we can incorporated in your program helping lessen back pain for example or even prevent osteoporosis. If you have had surgery or have an injury then we can devise exercises to help during the healing process.
Motivation for Fitness
Sometimes you won’t feel the motivation and energy you need to do your exercise. That’s just one reason we are here. We know how to keep you on track and get you working to your fullest positional. We won’t just be there for you during your exercises, but we will stay in contact on the days you are not going to work out. Our staff understands life gets in the way and your can be tempted to stray from your program. It might be a simple nutritional splurge or not getting enough sleep.
Deterring from the program at all will set you back and take energy from you. It will lead you to lose motivation and energy when it comes to working out.
